This policy explains how CIB Design ("we", "us"), based in Chelmsford, Essex, handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry using our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, business name, phone number (if given) and message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call about your project.
- To deliver and support any website project you commission from us.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your request) and, where you become a client, to perform our contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
Third parties
This site is hosted by Hostinger and loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from public CDNs (cdnjs and jsDelivr). These providers may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver those files.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. A small setting is stored in your browser session to shorten the loading animation on repeat visits.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email cb.congroup@gmail.com to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
